The method

This method doesn’t promise you that you will lose weight in 2 weeks, it doesn’t promise enlightenment either.

Simply it helps you to make movement into a natural part of your life, like breathing and your heartbeat.

Let’s create more energy to make our dreams our reality.

Let’s produce more serotonin to increase our happiness, let’s live with less boundaries.

I believe if we make movement into a regular part of our life, a happier life can appear in front of our eyes.

The method

I don’t follow any trends.

Every exercise is safe

Every training consists of 3 parts

Bemelegítés

Maga az edzés

Nyújtás

All 3 parts are equally important.

Increasing muscle mass is not the only goal/aim. We can improve our memory, our mental state and our immune system and our well-being/and feel better in general.

Correct breathing is also crucial, being present. During workouts we only focus on ourselves, without any distractions, forgetting our daily problems for the time being.

First, we can learn correct posture and movement. After this we can build our muscles.

Our core muscles get the emphasis.

With the exercises, we develop our endurance/strength and endurance? erő-állóképesség?

Functional training

Body-weight training (we learn to use our own bodies)

We focus on core muscle exercises.

Core (meaning: center, middle, seed) refers to several muscle groups: from the bottom of the spine starting at the pelvic muscles and the hip muscles up to the back muscles (from the hips to the pectoral muscles and the scapula) which are responsible for correct posture and for stabilizing the body.

The goal is to learn natural movement exercises and make them efficient instead of gaining muscle.

This is the basis of all exercises. Later on, we can add special workouts, depending on your personal needs.

Who is it for?

Everyone!

But primarily, for those leading a sedentary lifestyle, because working in front of a computer is really hard on our core muscles. (törzsizomzat=core muscles?)

Those who struggle with backpain or often sit/stand hunched, it’s especially recommended to try. Weak muscles result in incorrect posture…
